Our Approach, Mission, Values, and Clients We believe that sustainable positive change and growth happen when you have a creative and sustained vision and a holistic focus on the entire organization.
Managing your culture is about creating clarity followed by new habits that are aligned with the vision of the organization and its values. They often include new behaviors such as resiliency to change, a sense of urgency, the promotion of innovation at all levels to the practice of powerful, authentic conversations. At Strategy Meets Performance, our innovative approach helps you create change system-wide starting from assessing your culture to growing your teams and individuals.
What I Believe, Empower and Transform I believe we can be the change we want to see in the world. I’ve lived this in my personal, professional, and community life and help my clients achieve the same. I empower executives to celebrate their strengths and successes, share their voices and work on what may be holding them back from tapping into their leadership skills.
I transform the leadership of individuals, teams, and company cultures. Whether you are a CEO, a member of the executive team, a director, or a new manager, I help you lead in a way that is authentic, courageous, inclusive, engaging, and helps bring out the best in your people. As your business coach, I support your journey of growth and your inspiration and share observations on your mindsets and actions. My philosophy is reflected in my book: A Powerful Culture Starts with You.
Why Strategy Meets Performance?
Who We Are, What We Do and Why We Do It
Change, growth and transition should be constant in a growing business, and continue through your company’s life cycle, whether you are five years strong or 50 years strong. The more clarity you have on the culture you want to create, the team you want working for you, the clients you want to serve and the community you want to build, the more likely your Strategy will meet your Performance.
Though you may see certain cultures out there that seem like the “perfect” cultures, remember that there is no one size fits all culture. Culture is by design. It takes work and nurturing. And once you get the hang of it, it can be pure joy tending to your teams, customers and environment in a way that brings out the best in everyone. And if you do not manage your culture, it will manage you. When companies do not adapt to change and growth, they often stagnate and never quite reach their prime.

Rooted and Growing
People often ask me the meaning behind my logo and book cover. It originates from my belief that, like a tree, we can be rooted and growing at the same time.
We see a beautiful tree and we don’t realize how deep the roots run — how the roots have made it possible for this powerful tree to not only survive the tough times but actually thrive.
Your potential, like these roots, can appear hidden. You may have goals you want to accomplish and wonder where to start and how.
Know that you have so many more abilities and gifts than you realize. More wisdom, more power, more resilience, more grace.
The roots are where you started. They include your history, your experiences, your learnings, your risks, mistakes, and successes. The roots also contain your potential. They may be buried and unseen, but it is there.
One of the ways leaders can personify and live this is through a focus on their culture. My expertise helps leaders grow their culture in ways that increase productivity, customer satisfaction, and employee retention.
Leaders. Teams. Culture.
It requires your ability to observe your leaders, team and culture from a fresh perspective. Everyday. Whether you are the CEO, member of the executive team, manager or individual contributor, everyone has the ability to analyze the company or team’s culture (call it vibe, environment, way things are done.)
You will get out of your team what you put into it. The more you nurture and notice what is working and the more you pay attention to what can improve, the better, more engaged and productive teams you will create. There are many common trouble spots and transitions companies experience.
Pay attention to them.
