Michelle Wiener has over 15 years of experience in the field of organization development and learning and development using sound methods to improve individual, team, and organizational productivity and performance. Michelle’s areas of expertise include management and leadership development, change management, training program design, delivery, and evaluation, performance management, team building, new associate orientation and onboarding, systems implementations and human resources strategy.
Michelle has utilized the DiSC Personal Style Inventory, the Thomas Kilmann Conflict Inventory, and Human Synergistics Team Simulations in her training and organization development programs. She is trained in the Hay Leadership Development methodology and holds a certification in Change Management from PROSCI.
Michelle has worked in a variety of industries including engineering, law, health care, government, high technology start-up, utilities, and construction landscape and maintenance.
Michelle earned both a Ph.D. and Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Tulane University and a B.A. in Psychology from UCLA.
